Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
As a small business with limited seating, short notice cancellations have a big impact on us. Please ensure that you have read, understood and agree to our cancellation terms and conditions below.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, however if appropriate notice is given you can reschedule without penalty, as per the policies below.
24 hours notice must be given via email if you wish to reschedule.
All requests must be made via email to melanie@theeasyeasel.com.au from the person who made the booking. In the email please let us know which session you’d like to be moved to. If you haven’t selected a new session we will issue a 6 month credit voucher.
Guests can reschedule one time (with appropriate notice) without penalty. Additional changes to the booking will incur a 50% fee.
Please note:
• We can not offer refunds under any circumstances
• You must adhere to government advice regarding stay at home orders.
• Our daytime events are 14+ with a paying responsible parent or guardian. Evening events are adult only (18+) and as our sessions are intended to be relaxing for all our patrons, babies are not permitted to attend any event. No refunds or credit will be given if you bring a child to an event and are refused entry. Please view FAQ page for more information.
• All 10am sessions are entirely alcohol free.
• You may be required to provide ID if you are consuming alcohol. If you cannot provide evidence that you are over 18 then you can be refused entry.
• Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
In case of event cancellation due to COVID restrictions or a cancellation from our side (due to unavoidable circumstances), a full refund will be offered.
You acknowledge that you do not obtain the right to a refund where you have changed your mind or you have breached these Terms before or during an Event or you insist on our services being performed in a way that is against our advice.
